On Wednesday Aug 3 2022 the ISOC-NY TV show features recent updates from NYC Mesh volunteers, including new extensions to the network and volunteer opportunities.
On Tuesday June 28 2022 at 7pm EDT (23:00 UTC) NYC Mesh will hold its June 2022 Org Meetup. The first such F2F in some time will take lace at the site of a large fiber install in NYC’s Lower East Side. There is a general theme of “What the Mesh means to me” and “What direction I would like to see the Mesh take”. There will be presentations & Q&A, before breakout sessions.

On Thursday July 16 2020 from 09:00-13:00 PDT (16:0020:00 UTC) ThousandEyes and The Internet Report present ‘State of the Internet‘ – a virtual summit that brings together experts and leaders in Internet and application delivery to discuss topics related to the health and future of the Internet. Covering Internet, cloud network, and application delivery performance, this year’s inaugural summit will focus on the impact COVID-19 and how network operators continue to adjust to a “new normal”. New research findings on Internet performance will also be unveiled.

On Wednesday June 10 2020 at 7pm EDT (23:00 UTC) NYC Mesh will hold its monthly Organizational Meetup. Brief presentations will be followed by breakouts (not streamed). Some folks from AccessNow will be presenting on their work and research on internet shutdowns and censorship.
On Wednesday May 13 2020 at 7pm EDT (23:00 UTC) the Internet Society Livestream Channel will webcast the NYC Mesh May 2020 Org Meetup. This will be a series of brief updates on the network’s progress, before participants go to breakouts.
Today, Tuesday December 17 2019 at 7pm ET (00:00 UTC) the Internet Society Livestream Channel will webcast the NYC Mesh Org Meetup live from Adobe’s NYC office. This month’s event will include a presentation on Community Networks from Scott Rasmussen, and more.
