On Thursday August 10 2023 at 17:00pm CEST (15:00 UTC) Realtime Register and eco’s topDNS Initiative host a webinar ‘topDNS Best Practice Series: How to investigate Online Abuse with Free Tools‘. This is the third in a series of topDNS best practice webinars to showcase what the domain name industry is doing to fight DNS abuse.
The webinar is aimed at beginners but is also interesting for advanced abuse desk managers, and will show an approach to get started quickly using free tools, so that abuse service staff can take action and understand some basic techniques . This is not intended to encourage a ‘do-it-yourself’ approach over the use of commercial products. However, a basic knowledge of investigations and processes involved is useful for anyone working in the field of online abuse mitigation.
