VIDEO: @HouseJudiciary hearing on #copyright principles – May 16 2013
On April 24 2013 House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) announced that the Judiciary Committee will conduct a comprehensive review of U.S. copyright law. The first hearing – entitled A Case Study for Consensus Building: The Copyright Principles Project took place on Thursday May 16 2013. The hearing examined the work of the Copyright Principles Project (CPP) who, after a lengthy consultation process, in 2010 issued a report THE COPYRIGHT PRINCIPLES PROJECT: DIRECTIONS FOR REFORM.
