The New York Linux Users Group will hold a general Meeting tonight Wed July 21 at IBM. Featured speaker Gabriella Coleman will talk about DebConf 10 which will be held August 1st through 7th here in New York City – the first time the conference is being held in America. She will cover some of Debconf’s history and give updates on the schedule of events and talks.
Also James Keenan will provide a brief introduction to Rakudo*, a user-friendly distro of Perl 6, and Jon Stanley will introduce some great new performance analysis features in Fedora .
