livestreamOn Wednesday Sep 12 2018, from Noon to 5pm EDT the Internet Society Livestream Channel will webcast Spectrum Hall of Shame: The Worst (and Best) Radio Policy Decisions – a recent conference presented by Silicon Flatirons at the University of Colorado Law School. Spectrum policy changes to fit changing circumstances, but new policies don’t always work out as planned. There have been great successes and striking failures—though opinion may differ about whether something was a success or a failure. This conference aimed to learn from past policy decisions to inform current and future rulemakings. Speakers included FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel, and NTIA Administrator David J. Redl.
