This briefing, incorrectly, conveys the impression that WordPress is somehow superior as a content management system (CMS) in providing accessibility than any other CMS such as say Joomla. While I don’t believe it was the intent to present the impression that the ISOC supports WordPress over any of dozens of equally good competitors it appears that a crack in the quality expectations for ISOC has inadvertently appeared. I hope to see this disinformation rectified to remove the tarnish it leaves on ISOC.
