The Secretary-General’s Roadmap is a response to the findings of the High-Level Panel on Digital Cooperation, which conducted two years worth of multi-stakeholder consultation and deliberation on key issues such as digital connectivity, digital inclusion, human rights, artificial intelligence, and trust and security.
