On March 13 2014 the United States House Committee on the Judiciary – Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property and the Internet held a hearing to review Section 512 of Title 17 aka the DMCA Safe Harbor provision, Witnesses included law professors Sean O’Connor and Annemarie Bridy, Elsevier counsel Paul Doda, Google counsel Katherine Oyama, composer Maria Schneider, and Paul Sieminski of WordPress, who detailed abuses. ISOC-NY has processed the video to improve audio quality, and also indexed it (see “show more” on YouTube page).
