The objective of this discussion is to provide participants a better understanding of the provisions related to processing of data related to minors, the areas that need to be refined and then deliberate on what constructive regulations / codes of practice look like for minors’ privacy. based on the inputs from the session, a community document will be created on what constructive regulations / codes of practice look when dealing with data of minors.
