WEBINAR 28 JUL 15:00 UTC – INTC – Transitioning to Quantum-Safe cryptography

A dark navy-blue webinar title slide with a clean, modern technology aesthetic. At the upper left is the Industry Network Technology Council logo and wordmark in white and cyan. At the upper right, "QUANTUM WEBINAR SERIES" appears in large white and cyan uppercase text.

The left half of the slide is dominated by the event title, "Transitioning to Quantum-Safe Cryptography," set in large, bold white sans-serif type across three lines. Below it, the date "28 JULY 2026" is displayed in cyan.

The right half features a glowing digital globe composed of blue dots and interconnected light nodes, with luminous network arcs spanning continents to suggest global connectivity and secure communications. Blue particle-wave effects flow across the lower edge of the slide, reinforcing the futuristic theme.

Near the lower right, the white text "ARCHIVED BY ISOC.LIVE" serves as subtle branding. The overall design uses a restrained palette of deep blue, white, and electric cyan, with balanced typography and imagery conveying cybersecurity, networking, and quantum-era technology.

On 28 July 2026, the Industry Network Technology Council (INTC) hosted a webinar ‘Transitioning to Quantum-Safe cryptography‘.

This third talk in the INTC Quantum Series gave an overview of post-quantum encryption and digital signature primitives recently standardized by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to which a lot of governments and organizations are currently transitioning. The session also gave a brief description of additional algorithms that are currently in the pipeline at NIST and talked about what kind of challenges one faces when trying to migrate more complex protocols to quantum-safe.

SPEAKER
Dr. Vadim Lyubashevsky – Principal Research Scientist and manager of the Foundational Cryptography group, IBM Research Zurich

HOST / MODERATOR
Nalini Elkins – President, INTC
