WEBCAST SEP 13 – A11yNYC – Assistive Technology for Kids with Multiple Disabilities – Chau Nguyen

isoc liveOn Tuesday Sep 13 2022 at 5:30pm-6:30pm EDT (21:30-22:30 UTC) the Accessibility NYC Meetup (A11yNYC) hosts ‘Assistive Technology for Kids with Multiple Disabilities‘. When we think about accessible video games, most of us might think about adaptations such as the Xbox adaptive controller. However, this leaves out a large population of people who access games and activities through other adaptive means. Chau Nguyen of iHOPE will review how play can be impacted by disabilities related to brain injuries and how they are adapted in ways that are less explored.

The meetup will be webcast live via a partnership with the Internet Society New York Accessibility SIG
