This year’s theme is « L’INTERNET, UN LEVIER DU DÉVELOPPEMENT DURABLE AU TCHAD » and a full day of presentations and discussion is scheduled in the form of 3 panels. Remote participation is available via webex, and video is being livestreamed on the Internet Society Livestream Channel.
