How to regulate platform design to protect minors under the DSA‘. This workshop will explore whether the EU’s risk-based approach under the Digital Services Act can effectively protect minors online, or whether growing calls for age-based bans signal its limitations, bringing together evidence, platform design analysis, and enforcement perspectives from both EU and US developments.
