Today, Monday 26 August 2019 the Mauritius Internet Governance Forum is taking place in Port Louis. As in previous years the focus of the 2010 Forum is on Internet Governance with a view to protecting children online, with the theme “Impact of Internet on Child Sexual Exploitation“. Participating stakeholders in the field of Information, Communication and Technology, and Child Protection will advance the dialogue surrounding Internet Governance in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean region. The event is being webcast live on Facebook, and relayed on the Internet Society Livestream Channel.
