livestream On 23rd July 2019, Saya-Setona, a software development company owned by a young black man, Moepi Setona from Ekurhuleni Township in Johannesburg will be launching their SDG 2018 Top 15 Global mobile application called, Let’s Talk, in partnership with United Nations Development Program, South African Local Government Agency and Office of The Premier (Limpopo), with Thulamela Local Municipality as the beneficiary. This application allows for direct and two-way communication between citizens to communicate and their elected officials. Through Let’s Talk, citizens will able to hold their government accountable and transparent. The app further empowers citizens to better participate in decision-making processes, monitor, evaluate and report on local government performance.

The event will be webcast live by the Internet Society South Africa Gauteng Chapter.
