On September 27-28 2018, the 5th Colombian Forum on Internet Governance will take place in Bogota. The first day comprises an introduction to Internet Governance, and the second day a conference which will address topics such as Challenges of the Multistakeholder Model for Internet Governance, Digital Gap – Rural Access, Digital Economy, and Internet Human Rights. The event will be webcast live. Bogota runs on COT (UTC-5).
